Refund and Returns Policy


The store only accepts Bitcoin!  Unfortunately Lightning is currently unavailable due to liquidity issues. If you encounter any difficulties or lack technical knowledge, feel free to fill out our contact form for alternative payment options.



All art items in the shop are offered by the artists, and Ungovernable Misfits serves as a platform for them. This means that the works are packaged and shipped by the respective artist of the artwork. If there are any issues with receiving the artwork you have purchased, it will also be handled directly with the artist. If the package appears to be damaged upon receipt, please make sure to take photographs before opening it further, capturing any labels attached to the package and any damage to the packaging itself. Additionally, take photos of the damaged product. Please note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping charges. The artist may, in consultation with the buyer, deviate from the policy.

In case of purchasing a combination of clothing and art, you will receive two separate packages. These packages will be sent individually from different locations, resulting in differences in packaging and shipping dates. 


We don’t have a standard exchange or return policy. However, please do reach out if your package or clothing has arrived damaged.


Data Storage

To ensure order fulfillment, we require certain personal data. Rest assured that your records are automatically deleted from the server either after one month or once your shipment has been successfully delivered. Or you can contact me with the request to delete your data.
